 SHIPPING
1. To clients in continental USA:  All orders come with tracking number, and ship via USPS.
2.To international clients: we will delivery the product from the nearest warehouses all over the world through express mail or the method described in the item description. Please be aware even with express mail, we can NOT control the processing time in the customs in your country. 
3.Orders usually ship within one to two business days.
4. Combined shipping with multiple items will be cheaper than single item shipping.


 RETURN POLICY:

1.All our products are tested before shipping. We try and give complete and accurate descriptions.
2. If you receive an item that did not match the listing or has other issues that are not in the description, we will do what ever it takes to make things correct. Returns are accepted.
3. Please return the item in 7 days after delivery.  Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.
4. You must contact us with item number and reason for return before sending item back. You must have a Return Authorization Number before returning the item. All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, there is no refund on shipping charges, unless the error was on our part.

In the rare event there is a technical problem, DO NOT SEND ME A ONE LINE E-MAIL SAYING "THIS IS DOA I WANT MY MONEY BACK". No one here is out to screw you-I am here to help you. I DO NOT accept returns without troubleshooting first, so BE COOL and tell me what the problem is in detail and we will figure it out. 99% of the time the problem is simple user error and can be solved easily
